Mihara Garden

2020 Mihara, Nagasaki

An open garden he goes on making in Mihara, in his home city of Nagasaki. Besides two gardens, one Japanese and one Western, it has a restaurant-café, a bar, a gift shop, plant sales, fukei bonsai, a gallery and even a goat shed, and it never stops evolving. Beautiful from every angle, it has seasonal flowers in bloom 365 days a year. The City of Nagasaki has taken note of it as a model for making good use of sloping land.
