- Every work presented is unique, and prices vary by work. Prices (including consumption tax) are provided promptly by email on request.
- Charges other than the price
- Shipping (including packing, specialist fine-art transport, and transit insurance) varies with the size of the work and the destination, and is provided promptly by email on request, together with the price.Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.For deliveries outside Japan, customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges are borne by the customer.

- Delivery
- We ship within 14 days (within Japan) or 30 days (outside Japan) of confirming your payment. We arrange a specialist fine-art carrier and agree the delivery date and time with you.If you would like to collect the work in person, we will agree the place, date and time of handover with you.

- Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Because every work is unique, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the customer's convenience once an order is confirmed.If the work arrives damaged, or differs from what we described, please contact us by email within 7 days of its arrival. We will accept the return and refund the full price, and we will bear the cost of return shipping.This provision does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
