Art event with children
2026 Hyatt House Kanazawa
- 29 April 2026 · With about twenty children from three children’s homes in the city
About twenty children from three children’s homes in Kanazawa were invited to Hyatt House Kanazawa, where tiki was holding an exhibition, to paint together with tiki. The children’s works were displayed on shelves in the hotel. The Hokuriku Chunichi Shimbun reported on the day in its edition of 30 April 2026.
Support for children lies at the heart of the concept of tiki’s work. In Yokohama and Kyoto, where solo exhibitions were held, art materials were given to local children’s homes, and at Hyatt Regency Kyoto in August 2026, pictures by children from children’s homes were shown in the same space as tiki’s works.
