He recreated his award-winning garden from Britain at the gateway to Japan. Set in the departure gate lounge on level 2 of Terminal 1, it can also be seen from the neighbouring restaurants by those not going through to the boarding gates. Thoughts for the people affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake, a promise made to Queen Elizabeth — it is a garden filled with all the feelings that were racing through him. It was completed on 9 March 2012.
