A high-rise city hotel of thirty-five storeys, standing in Meriken Park on the Port of Kobe.
A solo exhibition was held here in June 2025. Inside the hotel, framed works and sculptures were arranged in display cases, and works large and small were hung on the walls.
On New Year’s Day and 2 January of the following year, 2026, as part of the hotel’s New Year events, tiki gave a live painting performance in the 1F banquet hall “Matsukaze”, completing works in front of visitors. The painting centred on the signature work “Children with Empty Treasure Boxes”, and works could also be purchased during the event.
